Hi guys, this post is going to be a short one. With this weekend going to be crazy and possibly without power and internet I am going to take today to prep for the storm and then tomorrow work on posts for the week. Just incase. Because you never know. Irma is a bad bitch. So with craziness like this it is important to take a minute and enjoy what is around you. No sense continuing the panic or stressing my kid out from me being stressed out. It wont help him, nor will it help my hubby. So I am going to take this moment and enjoy my pumpkin spice latte. I am going to sit outside with my cup of hot ass coffee in the coolness of the shade and watch my little enjoy the backyard while he can. I am going to sit an savor every sip, because this may be my last chance at a hot coffee for a while, because maker knows that Starbucks and Dunkin will be mobbed when the power is back and we all are without AC. So, take the moment out of your day and get your Pumpkin Spice Latte or whatever floats your boat. Savor the moment, because you never know how much something can mean when you do not have a moment to spare to do just that. Right?
Thanks for reading and I hope you are all safe here in FL. Time to get ready to hunker down for this weekend. Thank goodness I have a lot of books!
And people called me crazy for having so many!
Hope you make it through Irma safely! I’ll be praying for you!
Thank you Laura! Me too!
Great idea to enjoy some calm before the storm (literally!) – keep yourself safe Stephanie!
