It was misting when I hurried outside to take the pictures with my partner in crime.

In my hand there is a fantastic compact makeup. Lancome Paris Dual Finish powder fragrance free. As well as the cute quilted bag from Express fashion.
While I do love this skirt l, there are some thing worth mentioning. It has a tendency to wrinkle a bit. Could just be me. But, also if you wear it, be cautious of wind. It lifts easily. So unless you want to impersonate Marilyn Monroe, wear something under it or be careful. I see now why they paired it with a bloom skirt on ShabbyApple website. Uh oh.
Still, the skirt is worth getting.

I sometimes forget to wear jewelry because I end up having it yanked by a 1 year old. But I decided to try this with the hat I got over the summer by DSW.
It helps the crazy hair that was trying to come alive. And I like it. I have discovered I am indeed a closet case hat lover. And I really love how skirts like these look on.
One thing though I will have to have it altered. It is just a bit too big around the waist. Other than that it is super chic. What do you think?
