LEGOLAND Adventures and OOTD

Hi there Friends! Happy Wednesday and such! Today I am finally getting around to posting some LEGOLAND goodness as well as an outfit I had taken a week before and forgot I did that. Also! We have a winner for the Case App phone case! YAY! Winner will be announced!

LEGOLAND is  a lot of fun and there are some things you may want to consider if you go there while ever in FL. And I want to talk about that for the majority of the post. Why? Well, these things can be said of any if not ALL theme parks. Fashionwise, what to take, what not to take, having a toddler with, food, and other stuff. We had a great time over all, even though it was hot. We rode quite of bit of rides and I loved the horse ride in the girlie part of the park. You get to ride on horses while being thrown up in the air while spinning! YES!

1. Packing for the parks.  Ok, here are some of my essentials. BUG SPRAY. Spray sunscreen(it is easier), if you live in FL or have been before to the theme parks get the giant refill cups and reuse them when ever you go! Snacks(some parks will let you in with them, like LEGOLAND for example. You can bring your own lunches there and so you wont have to spend an arm and a leg for ONE meal. Bring waters. I have brought food into Universal Studios before. It was at the bottom of someone’s backpack.
2. GET there early!!   Why? Well, parking. Especially for LEGOLAND. It is a pretty small park but still early bird gets the worm.
3. Buy online Ok Gofashiondeals readers, you are all by now pros at shopping online. So for all parks take advantage of the buy online option. It saves a lot of time and you get in quicker. Sometimes there are better deals. And if you are getting season’s passes, get one with preferred parking ETC and the other the usual. If you plan on going with the same person all the time.
4.  Plan for the worst and experience the best. What? OK, so plan for a really hot day in FL. Because that is probably what you get. Check the weather. If it says 82 dress for 90. Expect long lines, because there will be. 5 mins means 10 in theme park talk. It just does. The great thing about LEGOLAND is there are lego stations at all the rides mostly. And they allow the parents to hold spots while the little ones play. Cool right?
5. Take advantage of the scenery.  Take as many pictures as possible and make sure to get in them as well! Too many times I am never in the photos except for selfies. No fun there.
6. Know park hours. and be aware a lot of them have special things for people with needs or children with special needs. Don’t be afraid to ask about them when you get there.
