If you could go anywhere where would you go?

Happy Tuesday friends! Today is another beautiful day and the sun is out! YAY!

Coffee,Skyrim, Snuggling with my little man,cat , and dog.

I remembered something today that my hubby’s grandma asked him and in turn he later asked me. “If you could go anywhere, where would you go.”

That was my response. Followed by a “Anywhere?”

Yes, think about it. If you could go anywhere where would it be. Well, my response was simple. I would love to go to Egypt and see the pyramids, the museum, and other sites. The other places I would love to see is France, England, and yeah New Zealand.

I also want to go back to NYC.

I felt so weird answering that kind of question. It was like what was he expecting me to say? Was I supposed to answer back with some sort of Tropical location instead of a historical one or an outdoorsy one?wpid-20140830_112429.jpg

I have no idea how that was supposed to go, and I just love questions like that before bed. I was up most of the night thinking about it. Great.  It really is one of those kinds of questions that can spark some great conversations. But,also ones that can leave you feeling defensive about your choices. As if it were a reality and you were actually going there.  It can walk the fine line of “OK this is a great conversations” to “OK, you are making fun of my choices, prepare to die sir”

My reaction if I get a fruitcake.

Still, it is an interesting concept. Something that can surprise the person asking when your answers are not what they were expecting.

We went to bed after just talking about it for 5 minutes, I, as I said was still awake thinking about it.

Where would you go if you could go anywhere?

Aww, don’t feel bad about your answer. There shouldn’t be one correct answer for these types of questions. That’s the fun of it. 🙂

For me? I have no idea why, but I’ve been drawn to Scandinavia. I want to go to Finland, Sweden, or Norway someday before I die. Maybe one of those cruises that stops in each country for a day or two.

    Thanks for the fun post!
