Christmas Magic, Happy St. Nicks day.

I am going to be exploding the blog with a lot of Christmas Magic post this month. This is truly my favorite time of year. By far! I love the lights, the tinsel, the music, THE FOOD, and the joy of the season. Even though it is 80 degrees on many days it is still Christmas time here and why not have some fun in the sun!

We recently went to a Christmas block party and they had snow. Yeah it is not the same as “real” snow. Growing up where it did snow I know the difference. But, for the tiny child it was amazing and fun!

He got to play in snow. Run around on it, feel it go CRUNCH under his little feet. And he enjoyed every minute of it.

Snow

He was amazed by the cold stuff, and was enjoying it thoroughly. Even rolling in it, which made mama proud. As I love the snow.

There was even Reindeer at the party. Two of them and it was so cool to see them. The tiny child was really loving that. There was a train ride and hot cocoa available too. But we went for the lights and snow. However, I didn’t get any pictures of the lights as it was over crowded. Sorry gang, but I will find a way to do that soon.

Yesterday I wore a green shirt dress that I bought from Shein a few years ago, and it turned out to be a great dress but if I lift my arms not so much. So I usually wear it as a tunic. And this looked great with my leather pants from H&M. Yeah, no pictures of that. Oops I am such a bad blogger. But, I was having so much fun playing in snow with my little one that I didn’t think to ask my parents to take a picture of me except for one but my eyes are closed. Bummer. And I am being really picky. SO, I will have to pick another day to have that as an OOTD.

And today we are going to make some Christmas cookies, I just love baking with my little guy. We always have a blast. As well as it being St Nick’s day! My family have always celebrated this day in some way or another. Growing up my siblings and I would get a coloring book, new crayons, chocolate, and a new cocoa mug.  And I have a special project for me. I was given a bunch of sparkly pink tulle from my MIL and I am going to make myself a bright pink Tulle midi skirt. Or a slightly above the knee skirt. I just have to get a matching liner for under the skirt. I am so excited for this!

Happy St. Nick’s Day!
