Walking grey

Hi there friends! I love going on walks with my tiny child. We look at fun stuff around us. We look at trees, flowers,animals, and other things that would be interesting to a little one. Today’s walk was short. No where near our normal 3 miles per walk. Reason? It was too hot outside. It was like walking on the center of the sun. Which when we first left the house it was over cast and I thought it would rain. I have never been so wrong. What do you want from me, I am no meteorologist. Ha ha. All I know it it went from “OK it is a bit hot out.” To “holy Hera, I am walking on the sun. I am seriously on the sun!”  It didn’t help that I was also wearing pants instead of shorts or a skirt. I was being a summer rebel. Trying to hold on to my wintery and fallish love of pants in 200 degree weather.

I was wearing a great pair of skinny pants from HM and a beautiful shirt from Express. I love the crochet lace look of the top and the sparkle. You can never have enough sparkle.  And yes, I have earrings on again today! 2 days in a row of no earrings being pulled. Yay! . 

I decided on a cute pair of flats too, which have bows on them. Even though I love my heels, sometimes flats are just as good.

It was quiet today and no breeze. It was quiet probably because it was too hot out! We did manage to see a big hawk, lots of squirrels, and some other animals.
