This polish is gorgeous! And yes shiny! I love the vibrant color of green of the polish. But it does take many good coats to get the desired amount of shiny glitter. CVS had a deal where after buying two Sally Hansen polishes you got $3 in rewards. I used my rewards on milk.
I topped off with Sally Hansen big shiny top coat polish.
