Ipsy Glab bag August.Prep School

Hi there friends! And it is Wednesday! Or I hope it is Wednesday. Sometimes I loose track. Yesterday, I got my Ipsy bag for August! And it is not my favorite at the moment. Sure I got a night cream from Eco-beauty, but there were somethings in the bag that were maybe a miss. Or perhaps I am thinking too much into it without giving the items a proper go.

In this “prep school” bag I got a cute houndstooth bag and some other items. I got the eco-labs good night night cream. YAY. I got a new lipstick, lip liner that doesn’t match the lipstick(come on guys) A cream blush and in shower moisturizer. OK.

The lipstick is by Noyah in desert rose.

upon first look it is a pretty lipstick nice and light. Perfect for when you want to wear lipstick but don’t want a lot of color.  But, sometimes with being as pale as I am lipstick that light makes me look like a sickly Elsa.  It is synthetic free. never tested on animals and all natural.

My thoughts? Uh…well. Exfoliate your lips definitely. The color is brighter than i thought but really not my thing. It is a weird pinky mauve color. But, on me it looks weird. And it feels drying. Bottom line…I do not like it Sam I am. I do not like this glam.

Then there is the liquid blush or cream blush by Doll 10 in Flirt. It is a apricot color. Not bad, but me and cream blushes don’t always see eye to eye. I prefer powder blushes.  Like Milani baked blush. This color can get away from you so a little goes a long way. Not bad. Not my fave but not bad.

The nude lip liner from Lord and Berry they sent me is really dark. It is pretty but very very brown. Too brown for me. Great for the 90’s look that is coming back. It goes on smoothly and doesn’t drag. Stays on well too.

Albertini international Dinvine Skin Hydrator. This moisturizer is one you put on while in the shower. I have yet to try it so I will withhold judgement.

Last Eco-beauty good night night cream. Ahhh yeeeesss. I am really happy for this. I liked their day cream so this is bound to be good. This is natural, biodegradable, cruelty free and is USA born. From California. I am really excited to have this!

Top is the lipstick, middle blush, and the bottom is the liner.

Really the only things i will use are the moisturizers. This bag was a total dud. Sorry ipsy. But, wow. I hope next month is better.
