i have been so absorbed into my new book that I have not been able to put down. And just wow it is amazing! And the next book comes out in 2018! I love A Court of Thorns and Roses. Alright so, the outfit! YEs the outfit…I love a good pencil skirt! Love it, like this one from MANGO. I love that it is high waisted and has a vent or slit in the front (makes it easier to walk in.) And I love that. Styling a pencil skirt can be casual as well as formal and for the office. So how to make it where the skirt is casual and wearable for every day not just for the office.
And all you need is a basic tee shirt.
And you can take advantage of the knotted trend. Take the tee shirt and tie a knot in the center of the shirt and then to make it look like the tees with the twist, just fold it in. Like it did there. I like to get tees that are baggy as well as more fitted. Just for things like this and they tuck into skirts really wel while adding volume.
I kept the look more on the monochrome side with white heels from Justfab and I didn’t have my bag with my other than my cute little makeupbag. Because it had so much stuff for the little and me for waiting room fun.

This is a great look–I love that it’s done with basics, but the accessories make it so fun!
