E.L.F #playbeautifully December!

Merry Christmas! I hope you all have a marvelous Christmas! Full of chocolate decadent desserts, turkey, and mashed potatoes! Yummy!

So, today I am finally getting around to writing about my next E.L.F play beautifully challenge. I have been feeling a tad under the weather. With the overly summery winter, my allergies have been on fire and I feel awful. Nothing better than being ill at holiday times. Reminds me of when I was a kid, I was always sick at Christmas! Anyways, E.L.F was kind enough to send me some more goodies! I felt like it was Christmas a lot! I hope I am making sense, darn Benedryl . I love these E.L.F challenges and I am hoping to show off my Christmas some here on the bloggeroo this weekend. Maybe Monday, she says as she nods off and drools all over her iPad while sleeping because she has to sleep with her mouth open. Thanks high pollen count!

First up!

Extra Thick Ink Eyeliner and 3-in-1 mascara!

The mascara is pretty good. I liked the consistency of the mascara. It did lengthen and define, but volume not as much. It is still a great mascara and for the price $3, you can’t beat it. The eyeliner, is going to getting used to. As I normally make my eyeliner thin. And I felt it tug more at my lids, now this could be more due to the fact my eyes are/ were very sensitive and swollenish. So even mascara was a challenge. I will withhold judgement on the liner until this allergy issue is gone. Also $3 for the liner.

Sculpting face brush $6!

This brush is a lot like the one by Lorac! And it is amazing, since I got it I have used it every day! Perfect for contouring, highlighting, and strobing. It is just a fabulous brush! It fits perfectly on the sides of the nose and in the cheek bones.

clay eyeshadow $6

This is a pretty nice palatte, made with Kaolin clay. This is a very pigmented shadow! It boasts of long lasting wear. And it does! I wore it all day and through sneezing and watering eyes, stayed put. Good stuff this.

Long lasting lustrous eyeshadow $3

Whipped gel, eyeshadow that could be used as a liner and or eyeshadow. Long lasting. Now I have a love hate relationship with these. And it was a love, I haven’t used as an eyeliner. But as a shadow and shadow base it works pretty well.
