Hi there my friends and happy Monday to you! Tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day and there will be plenty of green to go around. Today’s Make up Monday is about saving some green. Well at least on a high definition powder.  I have seen a lot about high definition powders online, either by way of Pinterest(my addiction) or Instagram.

So, this powder comes in a box like this and is $6.00 which is a great deal.  $6.00 for this powder to set foundation or $32 for Make Up For Ever at Sephora. I’ll take the $6. wpid-20150314_134609.jpgIt has a cute little powder puff, but I prefer a powder brush for more even application.

I use it after foundation for an even skin tone and more flawless skin. I like this because it is colorless, and sometimes colored powders can make your makeup feel heavy. It sets your foundation and lasts quite a while. I was outside all day yesterday putting together the tiny child’s playground and it stayed put in almost 90 degree weather. More on that adventure later, the cuteness will over load this post. . This powder also doesn’t really settle in fine lines which is something we all do not want.

The E.L.F high definition powder is great for pictures and doesn’t give the ghost look. It’s HD! I mean every thing is better in HD

I turned the box over to read the back and was left thinking, WHAT?  Microfine particles…science? You had me at particles E.L.F.

Have you tried this  E.L.F powder or MUFE powder?
